The Pedro Garcia Castoro Cut Out Boots, pictured below, are very similar in many respects to the Castoro ankle boots – but the difference is in what they’re missing. They don’t have the fold over cuff although they do have velcro fastening strap around the ankle, all be it in a different place. These booties feature cut out detail to the vamp and open, peep toes. They have a partially exposed cork platform heel.
